Internet Scout comes out every two weeks and cites websites and tools that may be of interest. I selected four from the recent release that seem interesting and valuable. There are more than a billion websites these days and we are just getting started, world-wide. It can help to recall that there are many adults alive today that can't read any language, can't write, have never had the use of electricity, have never seen a TV or used a phone or a computer or a smartphone, which is really a pocket-sized computer.
