Fwd: Yoga and the Heart

I know blood pressure isn't everything but many people who get this blog regularly are interested in effects and results of many of the activities mentioned in the email below.  It is from the respected and longtime nutrition people at the Center for Science in the Public Interest and Michael Jacobson.  I recommend reading about isometrics (squeezing a muscle vigorously for 6 seconds), said below to be quite effective and probably the easiest, cheapest and quickest method of working on muscles.
