Just want to note that I am getting to be more and more of a fan of the author John Ratey, MD. One of the first ebooks I bought in 2008 was "Spark", about exercise and the body. Now I am reading "Go Wild", about countermeasures that can stop or lessen ill effects on the body from habit and customs of civilization.
