"When it rains, it pours"

You may have heard an expression “When it rains, it pours”.  I thought of that expression while watching the movie “Ordinary Angels”, based on actual events in Louisville, Kentucky in 1994.  A three year old girl needs a liver transplant NOW. Will a suitable one be found?  Can she be brought to a hospital capable of the operation with the narrow time limits ?  Yes, when we need something, many things can go wrong - many!
