Ballet of Elderhood

Lynn likes to check her balance and stretching and such.  She struck a pose and tried to lift a leg  but cried out "Cramp!" That was the inspiration for the ballet we are composing, one that celebrates Elderhood.  Don't expect many amazing leaps and bounds.  And yes, Cramps! may make an appearance.
