How to worry

You or your friends or the media are good sources of things to worry about.  Maybe the sky is falling.  If you believe the sky is something that cannot and will not fall, there are still ways to find good worry subject: terrorists, the economy, your body weight or mine, cancer or heart disease or Alzheimer's, the dissolution of your favorite religion and the way it is going down hill, the effect of media on you, your kids, your grandkids.  High-quality hand-wringing worry takes time and patience.  If your worry quality seems to be falling, keep at it.  You can probably reach the really impressive levels with persistent effort, practice and self-examination of your methods and commitment.
